The study “Racial Equality in the Labor Market: Now or Only in Three Generations?” analyzed advancements and investments in diversity, inclusion, and ESG agendas in the corporate world and their impact on business and people.
Developed by the Data and Impact Measurement Team of the Identity Institute of Brazil (ID_BR), the research assessed the benefits of this cause and defined consistent actions to accelerate the promotion of the racial agenda.
